COSTO plugins are Eclipse Plugin Projects. You need to install Eclipse SDK first and then add the projets .

You can use the following environment for development purposes.

Steps to configure the Costo development environnement

1. Install Eclipse SDK
2. Create project from CVS or Create project from SVN
3. Import the Plugin Projects from the SVN repository.
4. Set the costodata projet nature to ANTLR
   
5. Check the environment
